Weekly meetings allowed Aaron and Jo to support us in areas such as redundancy procedures, navigating difficult decisions, conversations with the staff team and ensuring we handled all of this in a professional and respectful manner….a professional down to earth service that will support and guide you with care and expertise. 

Jo and Mike provided excellent support throughout the process. They demonstrated strong expertise in Community Benefit Society structures and were particularly helpful in navigating the complexities of different model rules and their suitability for Community Right to Buy legislation.
Their ability to facilitate strategic discussions around membership categories and democratic governance was valuable, and they showed good understanding of the unique island context and existing governance challenges.
